ICEsoft announces Q1 2021 financial results and scheduled investor call. Voyent Alert! expanded to 228 municipalities.

May 28, 2021 (Calgary, AB) – ICEsoft Technologies Canada Corp. (CSE: ISFT), the “Corporation” or the “Company” or “ICEsoft”, is pleased to announce its consolidated financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021 and 2020. Quarterly highlights are as follows:

• ICEsoft’s Voyent Alert! service is now used by 228 North American municipalities representing a serviceable population of approximately 1.2M citizens.
• Voyent Alert! sales for Q1 2021 were approximately $100,000 – up 150% from the prior quarter.
• The Company continues to deploy capital to accelerate Voyent Alert! sales traction across multiple markets.
• ICEsoft operated Q1 2021 at near break-even with a cash-based net operating loss of $5,224 and remains well positioned with cash reserves to maximize continued growth of the Voyent Alert! service.

“The first quarter results reflect what we expect to be the worst of the pandemic’s impact on our business,” said Brian McKinney, CEO. “We are observing many of our customers actively readying their operations for the expected return to normal municipal operations. Voyent Alert! is positioned well to support the recovery with its solutions. We expect to show improved financial performance over the coming quarters, as vaccinations allow municipal decision makers to return to normal operations and to implement tools that allow for increased citizen engagement.”

McKinney continued, “As has been the case in prior quarters, we continue to see strong demand for the Voyent Alert! product, in particular with small municipalities and regional districts. This strong demand is likely to continue throughout the recovery. In Q1 we onboarded 31 new municipalities representing an additional approximate 100,000 citizens under service.”
